Whether Climbing the Himalayas’ or exploring the deepness of Amazonas… diving the Great Reef in Australia, speleologing inside de caves of Borneo or Han-gliding over Mombasa; … with more than 135 countries and several of hundreds sites explored; he has received a special recognition –back in 2006- as a Member of the National Geographic Society in acknowledgment of his independent support in diffusing geographic knowledge and promoting research and exploration around the world. Recently Mauro has been invited in join to be a Fellow in the prestigious Explorers Club.
  
  Sylvia Earle is petite and engaging but this 66-year-old grandmother   is most comfortable decked out in SCUBA equipment or deep sea   diving suit Early in her career she was dubbed an "aquabelle," the   female version of "aquanaut." Last year Earle shared her vision of   ocean exploration with the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists in   Calgary, at its Diamond Jubilee convention, where AAPG formally   honored the society on 75 years of oil and gas exploration and   discovery.
  Abdulla Sarwar – Climber; he is an adventurer attempting a human-
  powered circumnavigation which is to include summiting the tallest   mountains on six continents.

  

  Tim Taylor is an accomplished ocean explorer, adventurer and   naturalist. He has been diving throughout the world for over 25 years.   He lectures around the world on marine issues and is the founder of   Ocean Outreach, a nonprofit with a strong focus on educational   awareness programs for children, our next generation of explorers.

  Jangbu Lhakpa Sherpa – He is one of the few people to mountain-
  bike all over the Himalaya, a well known paraglider in Nepal and Tibet.   A valued team member for his knowledge of history, customs and   tradition, Jangbu is the best of advisors in sharing the preservation and   protection. He has shared the cultures of many countries in North and   South America, East and Western Europe, South and Southeast Asia, in   his travels around the world.
